Welcome to LuxuryWheels360, a premium marketplace for pre-owned luxury vehicles. By accessing or using our website https://luxurywheels360.com, or engaging in the buying or selling of vehicles through us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to LuxuryWheels360.
• “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person who uses this website or our services.
• “Vehicle” refers to any pre-owned car listed for sale or purchased via LuxuryWheels360.

2. Eligibility

• By using our services, you confirm that you are:
• At least 18 years of age
• Capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Providing accurate and truthful information

3. Vehicle Listings & Information

All vehicles listed on our platform are:

• Pre-owned and sold “as is”, unless stated otherwise
• Inspected and verified to the best of our ability for mileage, condition, and ownership
• Described with information based on documents provided by previous owners
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but LuxuryWheels360 is not liable for unintentional errors or omissions in descriptions.

4. Purchasing a Vehicle

By purchasing a car from LuxuryWheels360, you agree that:

• The car is sold “as inspected and test driven”
• A full inspection report will be shared before purchase
• You are responsible for verifying the vehicle’s suitability for your needs
• A non-refundable booking/token amount may be required to reserve a car
• Full payment must be made before ownership is transferred
• Ownership Transfer: We assist in completing the RC transfer and related paperwork, but delays caused by RTO or government bodies are beyond our control.

5. Selling Your Vehicle

If you are selling your car to us:

• You must provide valid ownership documents (RC, insurance, service history, etc.)
• The vehicle must not have any legal encumbrance (e.g., loans, theft report)
• We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the car physically before making an offer
• Our valuation offer may vary based on inspection and market trends
• Full payment will be made after title verification and legal clearance

Vehicle Pickup: Free doorstep inspection and pickup are available in select cities.

6. Return & Refund Policy

As we deal in pre-owned vehicles, all sales are final, subject to the following exceptions:

• Return Window: In rare cases, if the vehicle is found to have undisclosed major defects within 3 days of delivery, a return or replacement may be considered at our discretion.
• Refunds: Booking or reservation amounts are non-refundable unless we are unable to deliver the vehicle for unforeseen reasons.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Inspection & Test Drive

We offer:

• Pre-purchase inspections, by certified professionals
• Test drives at our showroom or your location (where available)
• Vehicles are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before test drives

Note: The final responsibility for checking the vehicle’s condition lies with the buyer at the time of purchase.

8. Delivery & Shipping

• Vehicles may be delivered to your doorstep, depending on your location
• Delivery charges, if any, will be informed in advance
• Any delay due to third-party logistics or government documentation is not under our control

9. Customer Obligations

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Misrepresent vehicle ownership or tamper with odometers
• Interfere with the website’s functionality or attempt unauthorized access

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated, no warranties (express or implied) are offered on vehicles, including but not limited to:

• Engine and mechanical performance
• Aesthetic wear and tear
• Electronics or aftermarket accessories

Extended warranty options may be available via third-party partners and will be discussed during the sale.

11. Limitation of Liability

LuxuryWheels360 will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services
• Delays in registration, documentation, or delivery due to third-party agencies
• Legal or financial issues arising from incorrect documentation provided by the seller

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and layouts — is the intellectual property of LuxuryWheels360 and cannot be reused without written permission.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice
• Cancel a transaction if fraudulent behavior or misrepresentation is detected

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through:

• First, negotiation and mutual resolution
• Then, if unresolved, arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
• Jurisdiction will lie exclusively with the courts of Mangalore, India

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
